**Your Role as a Care Coordinator**:
As a Care Coordinator, you’ll be the vital link between our clients and carers, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of care schedules and service delivery. Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating and managing care rotas to ensure continuity and quality of service
- Liaising with care staff, clients, and families to ensure high levels of communication and satisfaction
- Responding to schedule changes and emergencies calmly and efficiently
- Conducting quality assurance visits and spot checks
- Supporting with recruitment, training, and mentoring of care staff
- Ensuring compliance with CQC standards and company policies
- Maintaining accurate records and handling administrative duties
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Previous experience in a home care or health & social care environment (essential)
- Knowledge of rota planning and care scheduling systems
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A calm and confident manner with a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to build strong relationships with both clients and colleagues
- A caring, compassionate attitude aligned with our values
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential)
