Job Title: Finance Assistant

Location: Ellesmere Port

Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:30

**Salary**: Up to £25,000 DOE

3R Consulting are currently working with the dynamic and multi-skilled Finance team who are looking to recruit a Finance Assistant. The Finance team is a hub of activity, managing all financial aspects for the organisation. In addition to handling management accounts and financial reporting, the team serves as a vital point of contact across the group.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform daily reconciliation of bank accounts, posting payments/receipts to Sage.
- Manage the operation of the Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger.
- Handle daily submission of Direct Debits.
- Provide support to the team with reconciliations and ad-hoc tasks for the completion of management accounts.
- Liaise with the operations department to address any arising queries.
- Manage daily queries from tour operators.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Sage 50/Sage 200.
- Strong Excel skills. (VLOOKUP & Pivot Tables are preferable)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a positive, proactive attitude.
- A background in A level math's, Accountancy, working toward AAT, or relevant experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of Power BI would be advantageous.
