Arden White Aerospace and Aviation Recruitment are currently with lead in aviation company based in Reigate within the recruitment of a Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Global Marketing Manager to assist with the implementation of the marketing strategy and help coordinate marketing activities within service divisions.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Actively research local digital and print communication channels based on the key account strategy, provide recommendations and subsequently engage with the media on booking the space and getting the content ready.
- Create creative content briefs, collect information and help draft case studies, blogs, insight pieces and PR articles. Engage with the external content writer on the execution of some of the contents.
- Ensure right messaging is used across all channels and according to the target audience profile.
- Take ownership of the website, including publishing, and ensure the website content is up-to date and correct language is used across webpages.

Create, manage, monitor and report on a success of marketing campaigns and in line with the overall marketing strategy
- Track incoming leads and enquiries and report on lead/enquiry source

Liaise with media and suppliers of marketing merchandise and print assets, and place orders as required

**Person Specification**
- Proven professional marketing experience in both B2B and B2C environments or relevant marketing education, ideally University degree or CIM certifications.
- Experience in campaign and content planningExperience in using Automated Marketing Tools and CRM’sKnowledge of social media, PPC, Google SEO, Google Analytics
- Experience in using Adobe Creative Suite products, specifically Photoshop and InDesign.
- Good analytical and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Excellent time management skills to ensure deadlines are met.An understanding of the travel/aviation industry is advantage but not mandatory

In return, our client offers a a competitive salary combined with a performance related bonus, 25 days holiday which increases with service, private health care and a contributory company pension scheme

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Reigate: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
