**We are currently recruiting for a Accounts Payable Administrator based in our offices at Severn Beach, Bristol.**

**The main responsibilities of this role are**:

- To deal with Accounts Payable (BICLAP) inbox enquiries as appropriate in a timely manner
- Control all Supplier Invoices and associated Purchase Orders.
- Ensure stock invoices match GRN’s to ensure the delivery is correct.
- Monitor Purchase Returns and process Credit Notes accordingly.
- Processing invoices ensuring the relevant coding, authorisation, approval and payment details are correct.
- Create new Supplier Accounts ensuring all details are correct e.g. payment terms, bank details.
- Manage supplier relationships, engagement and involvement with regards to payment and invoice queries.
- Manage monthly supplier statement reconciliations.
- Ensure all types of bank payments are entered correctly into system and Supplier accounts are up to date with payments made.
- Process Supplier payment runs for all Bank Accounts and Currencies across the month ensuring bank limits are always maintained. Including making ad hoc payments and requests for payments when required.
- Complete Bank Reconciliations Daily and monthly.
- Administer and maintain employee’s business expenses and Credit Card transactions.
- Ensure the financial processes and best practice are implemented, used and continually improved.
- Maintenance of digital filing systems within the Finance Department

**Person Specification & Qualifications**:

- Experience working in purchase ledger is preferred but not essential.

The hours for this role are - **22.5** hours per week, the days and times worked can be flexible and this will be discussed with you during interview. Actual pro-rata salary is **£16,800pa.**

This role also has an option to work from home up to 1 day per week after probation period. Core hours are between 9.30 and 3.30pm and the rest of your hours can be worked between 7am and 6pm.
