**Sales Co-Ordinator**
**The Role**
- Managing and coordinating the activities of the sales team
- Planning sales drives and scheduling other team events
- Creating and reviewing sales reports
- Pricing, quoting and closing sales with customers.
- Offering after-sales support to customers
- Preparing quotes for potential customers and processing order requests
- Keeping customers updated with relevant product information
- Monitoring the sales team’s progress and conducting periodic appraisals
- Managing stock levels on stock system
**Essential Criteria**
- At least 2 years + experience in an office based role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated
- Experience in using all Microsoft packages
- Strong persuasion skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
