Operations Coordinator

Due to increased business requirements, an excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Operations Coordinator to join my manufacturing client's team within the Dungannon area.
As an experienced Operations Coordinator, your role will be pivotal in bridging the gap between the Sales and Operations departments. You will be responsible for various tasks to ensure smooth operations and effective communication within the business.
**Duties**:
- Provide administrative support to the operations team
- Assist with project coordination and tracking
- Manage and maintain files and documents
- Transcribe meeting minutes and other important information
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity
- Coordinate schedules and appointments for the team
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Perform general clerical duties as needed
**Skills**:
- Previous experience in a fast paced, administrative coordinator based role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
**Hours of work**
Mon - Thurs - 07:30 - 17:00, Fri - 07:30 - 14:00
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator / Coordinator to join an established business that will offer a clear path for progression and excellent salary package.
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
