Interim HR Director

**The Business**:
Pleased to be working in partnership with a commercial service driven organisation with sites across the UK.
**The Role**:
This is an key role to support the business as the Interim HR Director for a period of 3-6 months, possibly longer.This role can be remote with 1 day a week based in the office.My client would also consider a part time working arrangement.
Key elements of the role include;
- partnering with the CEO and leadership team to truly understand the future business strategy and identify people priorities.
- play a leadership role within the HR team, driving high standards and establishing clear roles and responsibilities.
- leading through change initiatives.
- reviewing people practices and improving ways of working.
This role will be very delivery focused and therefore 'hands on' in nature.
**The Person**:
Interim basis.You will be a highly experienced HR leader, ideally with experience at HRD level in a large, fast paced, commercial organisation.You will have excellent leadership skills and be able to take your team on the journey, engaging them in the futurepeople strategy.You will have excellent operational experience, enjoy getting stuck into the detail and not be afraid to get your hands dirty.
