Outpatient Receptionist

**Outpatient Administrator | Spire Little Aston, Sutton Coldfield | £20,280 per annum + excellent benefits | Up to 37.5 hours per week | Permanent**

Spire Little Aston, Sutton Coldfield is currently recruiting for an Outpatient Administrator to join our friendly Outpatient team. This position is a permanent position working Monday '“ Fri between 07.30 '“ 20.30. There will be occasional Saturdays required (07.30-13.30). We have a flexible approach to contracts with this post and can offer a contract of 15 / 22.5 or 37.5 hours per week.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Working as part of the Outpatients Administration team to provide excellent customer service to all patients, consultants, staff and visitors.
- To be a multi-skilled administrator who can adapt to the demands of the business
- To ensure all calls are answered in a timely manner delivering high standards of customer service at all times
- To complete daily tasks to a high standard alongside the basic requirements as an administrator

**Who we're looking for**:

- Someone who is highly organised and accurate and works well to tight deadlines
- Experience working in a similar fast paced environment, handling large call volumes
- Must be a good communicator, excellent telephone manner, have good computer literacy with experience and knowledge of Excel, Word and customer data bases
- Someone who works well as part of a team but also able to work with little supervision in accordance with Spire policies.

About the Team: Spire Little Aston Hospital is a purpose built private hospital which opened in 1985. We are a leading provider of private hospital treatments for our patients across the West Midlands and beyond, located in Sutton Coldfield and we employ around 350 staff. Our facility includes 34 inpatient rooms, a dedicated 2 bedded ERU. There are 3 laminar flow theatres, a purpose built endoscopy unit, outpatient services provided in 15 consulting rooms, and a state of the art diagnostic offering on site as well as Perform Physiotherapy providing excellent rehabilitation facilities.
