In parallel we also own and run CCL which is a successful specialist computing, gaming and tech webstore. This element of the business works directly with major brands and suppliers to offer a large and diverse portfolio of products.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Setting up and maintaining new and existing products on our bespoke in-house system.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and trends.
- Produce detailed documentation relating to new computer systems, to aid the marketing team in producing written page content.
- Sharing key specifications and selling points of our products with the wider business.
- Assist the systems team in designing and setting up desktop computers for our range of high performance gaming PCs.
- Setting up and managing clearance stock, primarily components and desktop computers.
- Monitoring short and out of stock items, and proposing suitable alternatives.
- Monitor inventory turnover and identify slow-moving or obsolete stock for clearance.
- Support the buying and product teams with ad-hoc issues and tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Typing proficiency with attention to detail for accurate data entry is critical.
- Strong initiative in working alone and in team environments.
- Previous office experience is advantageous, with a focus on administrative tasks.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A keen interest in the IT sector, in particular PC components and gaming would be advantageous.
- This is an office based role at our head office in Birchwood, Warrington. There may be occasional requirements to travel to our production facility in Bradford.
