**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- 'ESP manufacture and supply sealing and polymer products to a wide variety of equipment manufacturers across numerous industry sectors including HVAC, off-highway, food & beverage, automotive, rail, life-sciences, defence, and oil & gas.
- Located in our production facility in Warrington the position operates within a highly dynamic yet structured team.
- The Production Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of a prototyping / niche manufacturing cell centered around state of the art 5 axis, twin spindle Mill-Turn CNC machines, 3 axis CNC turret lathe and PLC controlled compression moulding presses.
- Work with ESP Production Manager to establish and deliver appropriate KPI’s/SLA’s. Ensuring sufficient resources are available to meet the organisation’s requirements and budget, be that personnel or equipment.
- Ensure that all departmental planning is adequate to meet customer due date requests by achieving production output to meet the production schedules and production targets.
- Develop manufacturing systems that ensure effective use of labour/equipment/materials and that production is cost effective by reviewing production requirements and leading improvements, projects and change as required by the organisation.
- Motivate and develop all operators within the department and leading by example. Review staff performance. Ensure all personnel are adequately trained and developed to perform duties required of them.
- Working with the sales and procurement teams to ensure that cross departmental communication can flow efficiently and lead times can be reduced and maintained.
- Organise the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment. Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed
- By following the requirements of our quality management system and embracing a strong Health & Safety leadership culture, they will directly contribute to the success of the business.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Product knowledge - desirable
- Ability to coach & mentor - essential
- Experience of producing compression mould tooling and programs for manufacture - desirable.
- CNC Setter operator experience essential, CNC Programming desirable
- Leadership and management experience - essential
