**Area Sales Manager**
In addition, the Area Sales Manager will work very closely with the Specification Team to convert leads and specifications they have won in the region. You will build strong relationships at all levels and be a high-energy operator who is activity drivenand keen to open new doors.

**We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria**:
- Have a B2B sales background in the construction sector
- A track record in selling to national & independent merchants
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of the housebuilder and/or social housing sector would be advantageous
- Full & Clean Driving licence
**Salary**: Up to £50,000 DOE + 30% bonus + Hybrid/Electric Car Options + Pension (7% matched) + 25 days holiday + Phone/Laptop etc
