Compliance Assistant

Get Staff Recruitment are delighted to be working with one of the South’s leading insurance brokerages, who are looking to recruit a Compliance Assistant to join their team.
You’ll be an essential member of the Compliance team assisting the Compliance Manager in the execution and ongoing monitoring of training and competency plans, including staff training, file and telephone auditing and general insurance administration.
The role will be primarily based in the employer’s Poole office, but there will be the opportunity for a hybrid working model if desired.
**Duties to be performed in the role will include**:
- Undertake and manage file & call audits and monetary oversight requirements
- Identify and feedback any training or compliance risks to departmental management
- Advise and assist line managers with training and monitoring to ensure consistent and appropriate advice is provided to clients
- Work with Compliance Manager to ensure that systems and controls in place to meet regulatory expectations
- Advise and support line managers and provide guidance on regulatory matters as appropriate
- Undertake general administration and compliance related reports
Previous call monitoring and/or compliance experience is essential when being considered for this role.
