**FULL-TIME SALES ADMINISTRATOR**

Bison Parts are a family-run business based in Sheffield, South Yorkshire. We provide truck, trailer, van, and car parts to both commercial & retail aftermarkets. We have been operating successfully since 2010. We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and quality products that we supply at affordable prices.

**Key responsibilities** will include, but are not limited to:
Accurately recording information on our computer systems.

Processing incoming electronic orders received from our website, eBay and Amazon.

Assisting customers to order the correct parts.

Communicating with customers and suppliers where necessary.

Answering calls from customers when required.

Replying to queries from customers and suppliers.

Dealing with paperwork and administration tasks.

Comply with H&S requirements relating to work-wear and use of equipment.

Maintaining a safe working environment.

Keep the work areas clean and safe.

**Requirements**:
Good attention to detail.

Ability to work under your own initiative as part of a larger team.

Good computer skills are essential.

Hours are generally between 8:30 am & 5 pm, Monday to Friday based at our sales office in Sheffield.

**Salary**: £20-24k per annum depending on experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
