**Job Summary**

**Key responsibilities** will include, but are not limited to:

- Accurately recording information on our computer systems.
- Processing incoming electronic orders received from our website, eBay, Amazon and over the telephone.
- Communicating with both customers and suppliers where necessary.
- Answering incoming telephone calls.
- Making outward telephone calls.
- Dealing with paperwork and administration tasks.
- Comply with H&S requirements relating to work-wear and use of equipment.
- Maintaining a safe working environment.
- Demonstrate computer literacy in various administrative tasks

**Requirements**:

- At least one year of sales / office based experience is required.
- Experience within the motor parts trade is preferred, but not essential.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work under your own initiative as part of a larger team.
- Good computer skills are essential.
- Previous use of MS / Google office suites would be advantageous.

Hours are generally between 8:30 am & 5 pm, Monday to Friday based at our sales office in Sheffield.

**Salary**: £22.5 - £24k per annum depending on experience.
