**Sales Administrator - close to City Centre**

**Essential Requirements**:
- Minimum 1-year Administration and IT/Database usage
- Minimum GCSE Level 4/Grade C English and Mathematics essential. Computer studies/CLAIT qualification or equivalent desirable. 'A’ level qualified suitable.
**Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, the main duties will include**:
- Answering telephone and assisting customers or transferring call appropriately.
- Contacting customers with any sales order queries.
- Processing sales returns.
- Providing quotations to customers where required.
- Providing quotations and processing orders
- Assisting with administration of large projects, and marketing campaigns where required.
- Ensuring customer information is accurate and up-to-date
- Any other duties commensurate with the role
**To succeed you will**:
- Need to be highly organised with close attention to detail and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Have the ability to problem solve.
- Ability to retain information
- Be approachable and work well within a team, but also have the ability to work on your own and to prioritise your own workload.
- Be adaptive to changes with existing processes
- Be IT Literate, experienced in using Microsoft Word and Excel, SAGE and SAGE CRM preferable
**Benefits**:
- Starting Salary £21,450 pa rising to £22,425 pa following successful probationary period
- 37.5 hours pw: Monday - Friday varying between 8.30 and 5.30
- 24 (plus bank holidays)
