York, United Kingdom LNER Full time

**Why LNER?**

We go beyond. For everyone. Our vision is to be the most loved, progressive and responsible way to travel for generations to come. Now we're looking for the people who can deliver this, every day.

Since we took over on the East Coast mainline, we've been changing the face of rail travel. Our new Azuma train has brought faster journey times, more space and greater reliability. Our exciting plans to embrace new ideas, experiences, backgrounds and ambitions make this the ideal time to join.

Bringing passion. Being bold. Always caring. Owning it. They're the values that make us LNER.

**Are you on board?**

We are looking for an organised and proactive Occupational Health & Wellbeing Coordinator to join our Health and Wellbeing Team on a **12 month fixed term contract**. As the first point of contact for internal stakeholders, you will represent the team with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a high standard of customer service.

If you are someone who thrives on supporting others, values diversity and inclusion, and can maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, we'd love to hear from you.

**Within this role you'll also be involved in;**
- Play a central role in keeping our regional clinics running smoothly by coordinating diaries, organising equipment, and managing supplies.
- Support the Health & Wellbeing Admin Manager with financial processes, including raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and assisting with contracts, projects, and procurement.
- Work closely with colleagues across Recruitment, People Services, and other stakeholders, managing occupational health referrals, travel, accommodation, and line manager requests.
- Step in for the Health & Wellbeing Admin Manager when required, ensuring all key processes and procedures, including reporting, audits, and clinical governance, are delivered to the highest standards.
- Partner with the Service Delivery Manager to help provide an outstanding occupational health and wellbeing service to all our customers.
- Help maintain and improve our Occupational Health software system, supporting training and development for the wider team.
- Contribute to a variety of exciting ad hoc projects, bringing ideas, energy, and organisational support to the Health & Wellbeing team.

**What you'll need**:

- Excellent administrative skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and keep things running smoothly.
- Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare environment would be an advantage.
- Confidence in handling data, with experience in analysis and reporting.
- Strong IT skills, including thorough knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A passion for customer service, with experience supporting both internal colleagues and external stakeholders.
- A clear understanding of medical confidentiality and GDPR, and the ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism.

**What next?**

**Interviews will be held in person at our York West Offices on 22nd and 23rd September.**

**What you'll get**:

- Free travel on LNER + 75% off other companies' tickets (for you & dependents)

- Generous pension scheme
