We have an exciting opportunity to join our security team for a temporary contract for three months on a construction site. As a Security Team Leader, you will be responsible for a team of Security Officers whose primary role is the protection of premises, assets, and personnel while maintaining a secure and safe environment for visitors, staff and contractors. You will support the Security Operations Lead to manage the day-to-day operation of the onsite security team in order to deliver a service that meets the client's expectations and contractual requirements. In addition, you will ensure that cover is provided by utilising team organisation and structure, and that a variety of administrative tasks are completed for reporting purposes.

As a Security Team Leader you are an integral part of the team and you can make an impact with your skills to protect, deter and respond to any security matters, whilst providing an exceptional customer service experience.

**A typical day in the life as a Security Team Leader**:

- Ensure that all necessary actions are implemented correctly and at the appropriate time when dealing with emergency situations
- Ensure that all site security staff on shift implement the site security procedures correctly and fully
- Provide a highly visible proactive security presence on the site with emphasis on access and egress controls
- Provide first line response to all incidents, fire, security and health and safety
