**Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing advertising of apprenticeship vacancies across all other platforms as required e.g. websites, jobs boards, social media, factsheets, e-shots, newsletters, etc.
- Work with marketing team on other channels of apprenticeship engagement as required e.g. blogs, video content, marketing campaigns, jobs fairs, webinars, podcasts, presentations, etc.
- Prepare and lead awareness sessions as required

**Recruitment**
- Liaison with employers throughout the engagement and recruitment process to keep them updated with progress on the recruitment of their apprentice(s)
- Interviewing (and testing where required) of potentially suitable apprenticeship applicants - either face to face or via video link
- Compliance with all aspects of the recruitment process e.g. receipt of ID, GDPR, etc.
- Provision of information to employers on all aspects of apprenticeships as required
- Working with other team members on larger scale ‘boot camp’ recruitment exercises as required - screening and sourcing suitable for recruitment bootcamps
