**Do you have a passion for research, people, and public involvement?**
We're looking for a committed and collaborative professional to join our team and help drive forward Public and Patient Involvement and Engagement (PPIE) across the Schools of Biological Sciences and Clinical Medicine. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference to how research is shaped, delivered, and communicated.
You will:
- Work closely with researchers, public contributors, and institutional stakeholders to embed a culture of meaningful involvement across the research lifecycle, with a particular focus on translational and biomedical research.
- Coordinate, support, and grow PPIE activities across the Schools ensuring they are visible, joined-up, and aligned with national standards.
- Provide practical tools, funding support, and guidance to help increase the reach and effectiveness of PPIE initiatives, ensuring patients and members of the public are equitably involved in shaping research strategy and delivery.
This is a fixed-term role, offering the chance to contribute to the School's strategic development of PPIE at a key moment of growth and collaboration.
