Administration Assistant

**TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Accurately entering details of insurance policies and transactions onto our IT system and issuing relevant paperwork, including invoices.
- Dealing with accounts queries.
- Setting up and managing Premium Credit payments. (Payments by monthly instalments).
- Task management - Chasing for outstanding information & documents.
- Issuing renewal & proposal forms.
- Filing/Scanning.
- Receiving incoming phone calls and referring them to colleagues where appropriate.
- General administrative and office duties - making tea/coffee for guests, running local errands, photocopying, scanning.
- Cover for Receptionist.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Good attention to detail.
- Good data entry skills.
- Confident on telephone.
- Minimum 5 GCSEs A-C (9-5) including Maths and English, or equivalent.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Salary Range: £16,000.00 to £17,290 per annum
COVID-19 considerations:
LOCATION: 50% in office in Bromley and 50% from home when appropriate.
