Administration Assistant/receptionist

_We are looking for a bright, hardworking and ambitious Office Assistant/Receptionist to join our property investment business based in Bromley. _

- The role includes _
- Reception _
- _Based in our reception area, you would be responsible for answering the telephone calls and taking accurate messages_
- _Meet and greet any visitors. You would be the first contact our visitors have and therefore will create the first impression of our company_
- _Managing the office board room and meeting diary, ensuring there are no clashes in bookings_
- _Preparing rooms and any additional requirements for all meetings, including refreshments, documents and video call arrangements_
- _Ensuring the meeting room is cleared after each meeting _
- _Receive, date and distribute any post_
- Administration and Office Support _
- _Assisting the team with any administration required, including filing, shredding, post_
- _Take any post to the post office_
- _Ad hoc errands for the team including the Managing Director _
- _Ordering and auditing stationary supplies_
- _Monitoring the cleaning and overall building standards and reporting issues to management _
- _Assist with arranging and monitoring maintenance jobs within the building_
- _Liaising with cleaning contractors to ensure high standards are maintained, reporting any issues_
- _Proactive in looking to solve any problems within the office or administratively _
- _Assisting the PA to the MD with ad hoc jobs including errands, restaurant reservations and travel bookings _

- Hours - 8.45am to 5.30pm_
- Salary - £18,000 - £21,000 dependant on experience. _
