**A bit about the client**:
We are working for a highly respected, established business with their head office in Bromley, Kent. Their offices are serviced well by public transport links and there is unrestricted parking within a short walking distance.
This is a **NEW ROLE**, that of a **Administrator for the sales support team**, to join their team of around 40 staff. Due the nature of the role, this will be based in the office Monday to Friday of each week, 9-5.30.
**What will you be doing?**
- Manage the office efficiently, ensuring everything within scope is covered to make the working environment a happy, healthy place for all to work
- Set-up of meeting rooms, welcoming of visitors, organising refreshments
- Completing quotations and processing orders precisely and efficiently
- Handling the goods in/out and despatch processes efficiently
- Providing a point of contact for suppliers, customers and support teams
- Ensure that the disposal processes are handled in accordance with compliance
- Assist with management of the stock room and when required, assist with workshop processes to ensure excellent operation of goods in/out and clearly communicated to the customer
- Develop operational relationships with customers, suppliers and business partners
- Assist with the identifying of potential sales - market research, contract end dates
- Deliver great teamwork and communication throughout the team, motivating the team to create a positive and professional working environment
