We’re working with a legal company in Newcastle who are looking for an HR Officer to join their HR team to provide a generalist HR support service to management and employees across the business.
You may be an HR Administrator currently and looking for the next step in your HR career. If so, this is the perfect opportunity for you
As the HR Officer, you will provide practical advice and guidance to managers and employees in relation to policies and procedures and in line with current legislation. You will support managers with formal and informal proceedings, investigations, disciplinaries,absence reviews, grievance hearings, capability, and occupational health.
