Are you ready to be the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly? We’re looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our vibrant team at Cintra HR & Payroll Services Ltd
Cintra, part of the PSSG, is a fast paced and fast-growing company with our award winning software providing payroll solutions for over 1500 clients. As our Office Administrator, you’ll work closely with everyone—from new starters to senior leaders. You'll be the welcoming face and reliable point of contact for colleagues, clients, and visitors. From managing supplies and coordinating meetings to supporting company events and handling unexpected challenges, you'll keep everything running smoothly.
**What you'll do**:
- Be the key contact for all office matters, building relationships across every level of the business
- Organise and coordinate visitors, meetings, and events (think conferences, celebrations, and more)
- Manage office supplies, post, calls, and logistics with efficiency
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and facilities contacts
- Support with travel arrangements, car park permits, gifts, and more
- Keep our office buzzing with positive energy and professionalism

- Salary for this role will be £10,000 - £11,000 per annum depending on experience (full time equivalent £25,000 - £27,500)
