**Who is SIS (Solutions in Service)**

**Supporting People**
- Provide support to individuals with additional needs through our person-centred approach.
- With dignity and care to maximise their independence, putting them at the centre of everything you do
- Provide social inclusion opportunities through use of local amenities such as leisure attractions, walks, skilled activities, and support with gaining employment and recognised qualifications.
- Support with daily living tasks such as cleaning, shopping, cooking, and encouraging good personal hygiene.
- Ensure the people we support are always safeguarded, by following accurate up to date care plans

**What are we looking for**:
People that are passionate about making a difference.

Driving is preferrable but not essential

Experience in mental health preferred but not essential.

**Service**
- **Dane House is a development of 14 self-contained flats in the centre of Northwich. There is a large communal lounge and kitchen area for clients to interact and take part in group activities. The building has a communal garden for all to enjoy. The proximity to local shops, transport and leisure facilities is excellent and clients who live here really feel part of the community.**_
- **Dane House is staffed 24 hours and has a sleepover covering the nights. The staff support clients with their individual care needs while promoting independence. Staff will support with daily living tasks such as cleaning, shopping, cooking and maintaining a tenancy.**_
- **Dane House is RMN led, supported by an excellent team of support worker who support clients with complex mental health needs. The staff encourage and provide social inclusion opportunities through use of local amenities and services for example day centres, local volunteering support groups and leisure activities, with the intention of integrating clients back into the community. Staff at Dane House have 1-1 time with clients offering emotional support and an opportunity to undertake activities that they enjoy such as lunch, cinema trips, going to the gym, walks and much more.**_

**Training**

We provide a wide range of **free** training bespoke to the service and individuals we support, which we regularly update to reflect current sector wide policy and best practice. Our training services are designed to offer advice and guidance in a range of areas to services that support people with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health diagnoses.
