We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our Bedford dept. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager your role is to provide high level of customer service by supporting, assessing and resolving customers queries.

**Customer Service Representative Responsibilities**:

- Effectively dealing with customer queries / complaints and requirements and where necessary relaying information to the Manager
- Act as the first point of contact for incoming enquires daily
- Establishing a friendly and courteous relationship with internal and external customers
- Taking orders and keying in allocations, price changing and managing the Point Of Sale (POS) allocations
- Communication to customers, including late departing vehicles, track and trace
- Provide relevant reports and data as required
- Answer social media and LiveChat
- Ensure maximum availability during LiveChat hours
- Ensure the completion of administration tasks in line with Company expectations
- Use several in-house and external systems

**Customer Service Representative Requirements**:

- Customer service and administration experience
- High level of numeracy and literacy skills
- Organisational skills
- Problem solver and a strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and ability to resolve conflict
- Great communication and positive attitude
- Understand and interpret data
