Materials - Operations Administrator

**Reports To**: Materials Manager

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- You are one of the team responsible for the delivery of parts and services to our customers.
- You will liaise with suppliers, partners and customers to ensure on time delivery for all parts and services.
- You will expedite open orders, purchase and repairs to achieve on time delivery
- Raising and processing of Invoices/shipping invoices.
- Process Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, Exchange Orders, Repair Orders in accordance is Company procedures.
- You should co-ordinate with shipping agents when instructed and necessary.
- Follow up with customer satisfaction surveys when required.
- Demonstrate, develop, and maintain excellent stakeholder/supplier relationships with people at all levels.
- Adhere to Gamit Limited’s processes and procedures.
- Understand and adhere to Export Control regulations where relevant.
- Liaise with Accounts Department for invoicing queries and follow up when required.
- Work within the company ISO9001 and ISO27001 management systems and contribute to continuous improvement of both systems.
- Any other tasks requested by management.

- Material Executives
- Finance & Administration.
- AMAC Basel Stores and Customer Support Group.
- Customers

**Requirements/Experience**:

- Logistics experience would be advantageous with an understanding of aerospace.
- Ability to present our customers with the best service and solution at that point. Any second languages may be an advantage.
- On the Job Training will be provided by one of our team.

**Qualifications**:

- GCSE Math and English at C grade.
- Aerospace related qualifications would be an advantage.
- Familiar with different currencies and conversions.
- Clean driver’s license and passport.
- Awareness of ISO9001 and ISO27001 a benefit.
