- Oversee the credit control process and ensure timely payments.
- Manage customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
- Report on outstanding debts and collection efforts.
- Conduct credit checks and establish credit limits.
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Participate in the development of credit control policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the finance department.
- Comply with all financial regulations and company policies.
**The Successful Applicant**:
A successful Credit Controller should have:
- A strong background in accounting and finance.
- Experience in the industrial/manufacturing industry.
- Excellent knowledge of credit control processes and procedures.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
- A problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail.
