**Chase Evans is a market-leading letting agency with offices in London, Singapore and Hong Kong. We fully manage well over 3,000 flats in and around London and due to increase in activity, we need a Junior Lettings Negotiator in our busy cAldgate area offices, with a view to becoming a lettings negotiator once probation is successfully passed.**
- Posting property ads online
- Following up enquiries
- Organising viewings with prospective tenants
- Registering enquiries and arranging appointments
- Co-ordinating move-ins
- Processing payments
You will receive clear weekly targets and a regular follow up on your work.

Once you are ready and become a Lettings Negotiator your package will include the following: up to 25% commission (uncapped) +a company car and a large stock of properties to rent out.

This is a great opportunity for anyone with customer service experience who wants to start a career in the real estate industry within a well-established agency based in London.

**This position will be based in the Aldgate office and will require a driving licence.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00 per year
