**About the role**

We are looking for a **Product Manager**to join our Customer and Strategy directorate to help set the direction of the organisation and represent the voice of the customer, bringing together customer insight and knowledge of our external environment to shape and adjust our direction as needed.

You will be responsible for defining the why, when, and what of the product that the development team build. In this exciting role, you will utilise your expertise in understanding the whole product life cycle stages, the key events and how the lifecycle helps maximise the benefits the product creates across its entire life.
Due to the nature of the role, you must be able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.

**Key responsibilities as our Product Manager**:

- Forming the vision for your product- Engaging with your teams and stakeholders in the development of that vision over time- Keeping people informed about the development of their products and promote their uptake

You will have proven experience of making user driven changes to an existing product or service along with the ability to identify a problem, analyse data and information to find a way forward.
