**About the role**

As our **Associate Product Manager,** you will be the voice of product within the delivery team and it will be your responsibility to create and prioritise requirements ensuring that the best product is developed to meet user needs. This is an excellent introductory role into Product Management.
**Responsibilities of our Associate Product Manager**:
As part of this role, you will actively engage with and balance the needs of all users (end users, stakeholders, and business) and be the decision maker within the team, often working with them to make collaborative decisions but with clear responsibilities for planning, decisions on user story content and completion, acceptance criteria and prioritisation of the backlog.
At this level, because you will be learning basic product management techniques, you will report to a Product Manager.
