**Operations Finance Manager - Finance - Refresco UK - Kegworth (Leicestershire) Head Office - just off Junction 25 of the M1**

Refresco, the world’s leading independent soft drinks manufacturer seeks an agile, energetic, business facing, **Operations Finance Manager**, to business partner our Site General Managers and lead the Refresco UK Operations Finance Controlsteam to provide analysis, insights and problem solving and to challenge existing and future costs as well as capital expenditure. With your team you will take data from financial accounting and drill down to identify the key activity cost drivers for the manufacturingsites, helping them make decisions and where they need to focus their efforts.

**About the Role**

This is a true finance business partnering role, you will need to work with the sites day in, day out and when appropriate visit the sites. You will report to the Finance Controller and lead a team of 6 (4 x Operations Finance Buisness Partners, and 2 xAnalysts). You will have already been in a similar role, so are probably aware of these key main duties and responsibilities:

- Lead and own the planning and reporting cycles across Operations, Supply Chain and Procurement for 3 year planning, budgeting and forcasting;
- Deliver cross manufacturing site insights including commentary and support the Finance Director and Finance Controller to drive company wide manufacturing and asupply chain initiatives;
- Partner with Refresco UK senior leadership team to understand performance generate insights and drive improvements across UK sites;
- Participate in the S&OP process to identify and raise issues and drive opportunities that improve financial performance;
- Own the central functions and Head Office cost accounting and management.

**About You**
It goes without saying that as this is a senior finance manager in Refresco UK that you are ACCA, CIMA or ACA fully qualified, but we want someone who will lead and role model to the Refresco core values - agile, responsible, excellent, passionate and entrepreneurial

Hence you will need to have previous team management experience - clear, organised, structured leadership and objective setting.

The other key aspect to this role is business partnering internal stakeholders espeicaily the General Managers at our 6 Refresco UK sites who you will work closely with, in addition to the Refresco UK Senior Leadership team. You will be a key member of themonthly S&OP process. You will need to challenge assumptions and push back when needed and provide sometimes uncomfortable insight and analysis in to site performances.

You will need to be used to working in a fast paced, demanding environment so manufacturing sector exposure is ideal though certaily not an essentiial. Retail, pharmaceutical or logistics are other sectors similarly fast paced.

Finally you will need to use your experience and knowledge to provide suggestions and insights for appropriate courses of action to address cost issues on the sites.
