Our client is an 11 month old, 15 person, pre-flight rocket ship Their unique platform enables companies all over the world to connect and centralise their entire tech stack, this PLG start-up is backed by some of the most exciting investors in the world andare expecting to raise their series A in the next 12 months. The Head of Growth will build and define the entire GTM strategy with the founders.
**What You’ll Get**
The Head of Growth can expect a salary between £80k-110k + 20%, the main reason for anyone joining at this stage though is the equity, which is very very generous.
**What You’ll Do**
You get the unique chance to build the Go-To-Market strategy from the ground up - This is truly a blank canvas You will need to identify what the ICP looks like, target stakeholders, revenue targets, KPI’s, sales structure, value prop and all the rest
