**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated Learning Specialist to join our team in providing educational support and guidance to learners. The role involves developing and implementing effective learning strategies to enhance the learning experience.

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Training Specialist at Logico. The Training Specialist will be responsible for conducting training sessions, developing training materials, designing instructional courses, and providing excellent customer service. You will be required to work on and off customer sites across the UK, delivering accredited training and driving assessments for Mixers, Tippers, LGV and HGV vehicles.

**Duties**:

- Design and deliver engaging learning materials and resources
- Collaborate with educators to assess learning needs and develop tailored learning plans
- Monitor and evaluate learner progress, providing feedback and support as needed
- Utilise a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
- Stay updated on educational trends and best practices in learning methodologies
- Organise and facilitate workshops, training sessions, or seminars for learner

**Skills**:

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with learners and educators
- Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple learning initiatives simultaneously
- Proficiency in using educational technology and digital tools for learning purposes
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learner needs
- Analytical mindset to assess learner progress and adjust strategies accordingly

**Requirements**:

- Relevant qualification in Education, Training, or a related field
- Proven experience in designing and delivering educational programmes
- Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms
- Teachers Qualifications
- Experience and Competency skills with Mixers and Tippers
- Readymix Knowledge

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £20,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
