**About us**:

The Learning and Leadership Development (LLD) Team is a key part of Organisational Development, responsible for all aspects of learning and leadership development.

**About the role**:
As the Senior OD Consultant (LLD) - Digital and Operations, you will lead the design and delivery of integrated digital learning interventions that support UCL’s strategic priorities.

You’ll have experience of implementing and managing digital learning platforms/learning management systems (eg Cornerstone) and will help shape and embed our digital learning approach, ensuring high-quality, engaging learning experiences for staff.

Your responsibilities will also involve the following:

- Lead end-to-end organisation-wide integrated digital first OD initiatives using a project management approach; ensuring delivery to time, budget and KPIs
- Contribute to change programmes that drive performance improvements and cultural transformation, aligned to our institutional strategy
- Create, design and curate programmes of learning utilising best practice learning principles, instructional design methodologies, selecting the appropriate technologies and authoring tools.

**About you**:
The role requires deep expertise in digital learning, including a strong understanding of adult learning principles and current digital learning trends. Experience of delivering large-scale blended learning and leadership programmes is essential.

You should be able to demonstrate success in creating and implementing digital learning strategies, supported by strong skills in designing and curating high-quality learning using best-practice learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

As a senior manager within the LLD team, you will work cross functionally with the Senior OD Consultant (LLD) - Partnering and take responsibility for end-to-end organisation-wide strategic projects and development initiatives.
