Are you passionate about designing impactful solutions that drive business growth? We are seeking a Senior Learning Solutions Consultant to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping world-class sales enablement strategies that empower our sales teams and delight our clients.

Senior Learning Solutions Consultant Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and delivery of innovative sales enablement tools to boost confidence and accelerate revenue growth.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to identify gaps and create compelling collateral that shortens the sales cycle.
  • Develop targeted offers and high-quality proposals, including RFP responses, ensuring alignment with client needs.
  • Partner with Marketing to maintain synergy between go-to-market messaging and sales enablement.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in client meetings, combining market intelligence and product expertise to elevate conversations.
  • Manage multiple projects across diverse industries and regions, delivering on time and to exceptional standards.
  • Gather and showcase impactful case studies to strengthen client proposals and conversations.
  • Incorporate latest academic research and external insights to future-proof solutions.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at conferences and events, bringing back insights to drive innovation.

About You

  • Proven experience creating compelling sales enablement materials and proposals in various formats.
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Word, Adobe, and ideally familiarity with video creation tools and Articulate (Rise, Storyline).
  • Exceptional writing and design skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong understanding of behavior change, learning technology, and coaching concepts.
  • Background in Psychology, OD, or HR specialisms.
  • Experience in consulting and designing solutions for OD, culture change, and coaching initiatives.
