Restore is looking for a natural leader who has experience in leading a team, you will be working to a high level of accuracy and liaising with other section leaders to understand customer requirements and ensuring workloads are managed efficiently, effectively, and that Restore Digital objectives are met.

As a section leader, you will be responsible for a specific team of 20-25 people, ensuring that work is carried out to production targets, job specifications and quality standards. You will assist the Supervisors and Operations Manager in maintaining the day-to-day operations of the site in line with customer requirements and Restore policies and procedures.

You will carry out these responsibilities whilst reporting any Information Security, Environmental, Health & Safety and Quality incidents to your manager.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure your team members are aware of their targets and motivate your team to achieve or exceed daily performance targets
- Closely monitor and report on team productivity, escalating if targets are not being achieved
- Assist with day-to-day activities of prepping, scanning, QA and finishing to ensure client deadlines are met
- Set an example when maintaining the place of work to the highest standard, presenting a professional image to customers, clients and peers
- Ensure all colleagues are adequately trained and briefed on operating equipment safely, efficiently and correctly

**ABOUT YOU**
- Previous team leader experience.
- Good team leader skills - including motivating, dealing with performance issues, allocating work, etc
- Good communication skills - written & verbal
- Ability to establish good working relationships with colleagues
- Great attention to detail
- Computer knowledge and proficient on Microsoft Packages

Restore Digital support customers on their digital transformation journeys. Born out of a scanning company, we still have four main scanning centres across the UK where we are working on large digitisation projects for the NHS, the Ministry of Defence and the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority. And usually, we are busy digitising most of the exam papers undertake in the UK every year.
