**Job Purpose**:
We are currently looking to hire an enthusiastic and driven HubSpot Administrator to join our team and manage the day-to-day running of HubSpot, including implementing improvements to the CRM processes, proposing methods to acquire and retain customers and participate in digital growth campaigns.
We are currently implementing HubSpot. The HubSpot Administrator is required to take on the handover from project phase to BAU and run two workstreams:
- Day-to-day running of HubSpot
- Continuous improvement to ensure business needs are met and incorporate new functionality as HubSpot develops as a platform
**What you will do**:
- Assist with data management including data cleansing and deduplication
- Provide tech support/troubleshooting for HubSpot as needed
- Analyse CRM data from internal marketing teams and suppliers to improve velocity through our pipeline funnels
- Drive CRM and CMS initiatives, ongoing change management and overseeing technical execution of campaigns
- Work with the marketing team to identify consumer segments to be targeted for campaigns
- Partner with business stakeholders to keep them informed about upcoming data management initiatives
- Maintain and improving data management processes and accuracy
- As a key part of the wider Marketing team you will be responsible for owning and developing technical design, build, deployment and delivery of a range of multi-channel HubSpot programs
- Build campaigns using segmentation, dynamic content and personalisation.
- Create multiple automated campaigns to nurture leads, convert to sales and data cleansing initiatives
- Monitor live automations to ensure they continue to perform, and work with the Data & Analytics team to provide recommendations on optimisation and enhancements
- Ensur Service Hub is effective an continues to evolve and support our customer service (Operations) team
- Work with the Website Manager to define, build and modify website content using the HubSpot CMS
- Manage knowledge base content
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and testing, ensuring we get the most out of the campaign management platform
- Manage user access
- Assist the Marketing team with SEO and other activity as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
**What qualities are important to us?**
- 3+ years’ experience with HubSpot
- Experience with maintenance of HubSpot, including:
- HubSpot data
- Marketing Hub
- Sales Hub
- Service Hub
- Operations Hub
- CMS Hub
- Demonstrable experience with HubSpot administration and day-to-day management
- SEO skills preferred
- You are analytical, data-driven and well-versed with Excel
- You are detail-oriented and thrive in dynamic and fast-paced working environments.
- You possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- You are a strong team player and comfortable working in matrix environments.
- Automation sequencing experience
- Knowledge & Experience of GDPR and best practice

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
