We are looking for highly ambitious and driven individuals who can contribute to the development of Acris brands and grow with our company.
We are looking to recruit a versatile Business Administrator to assist Management in the day-to-day running of the group of companies.
**Job Role Includes**:
- Liaise with exisiting and new business customers
- Use CRM to manage customer data including reports and bookings
- Assist with general financial obligations including sourcing, purchasing and invoicing
- Attend client meetings both virtually and in-person.
- Data Entry
**Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge set**:
- A good grasp of Microsoft Office is a must and would also be beneficial to have an understanding of Adobe Suite.
- Well-organised and have great attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
- Have natural business acumen and be interested in general business concepts
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills
- Excellent written and spoken English - a lot of time will be allocated to writing up reports and content for internal and external use.
- Ability to work to set targets and deadlines.
- Enthusiastic, motivated and able to take constructive criticism.
You will be heavily relied upon by senior Team members and so will have to flexible in your approach to people, circumstances and your working week.
We are a small group of companies which are growing fast so we require hard-working individuals who have a tenacity to want to improve and grow with the company. This isn’t a simple 9-5 job.
Pay: £13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
Additional pay:
