**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales and Technical Support Specialist to join our office-based team in Tockwith, York. This role is integral to our operations, providing critical support to our regional sales managers and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. Office hours are from 7:30-5:00pm

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support**:

- Assist regional sales managers in onboarding new stockists, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Book appointments/drop ins for regional sales managers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers and sales managers.
- **Technical Support**:

- Offer technical advice and support to customers, helping them select the right products for their projects.
- Troubleshoot any issues customers may encounter with our products, providing effective solutions and guidance.
- Stay up to date with the latest product developments and industry trends to provide informed support.
- Navigate/improve CRM integration for reporting.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, using this insight to improve service delivery.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and technical support cases.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Previous experience in a sales support or technical support role, preferably within the construction, landscaping, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of paving, landscaping, and driveway products is desirable though not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide effective technical advice.
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
