Benenden Health has exciting opportunities within in its B2B Sales Team is recruiting for an **Intermediary Sales Support **to join our team on a fixed term basis for 12 months.

This role is suitable for applicant with excellent administration, communication and organisation skills.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager-Intermediaries, **the post holder will**:

- Be the primary point of contact for new and existing intermediaries.
- Respond to and resolve all queries and issues raised in relation to the onboarding of new intermediaries.
- Manage the onboarding and administration of Intermediary introduced corporate schemes.
- Support with the administration of the intermediary commission payment process.
- Deliver an excellent level of customer experience to our Intermediary distribution partners, helping them to introduce new business opportunities.
- Act as the internal point of contact for the channel, working collaboratively with colleagues across the business to ensure the highest level of service is provided.
- Manage and further develop our procedures and administrative capabilities.
- Demonstrate a real commitment to teamwork and deliver excellent customer service.

**Skills and experience required**:

- Good customer service skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Experience of Salesforce preferable but not essential.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work to strict deadlines and under pressure.
- Able to work on own initiative, prioritise workload and identify improvements.
- Adaptable and self-motivated.
