Permanent/Full Time Role

A vacancy has arisen to join a fast paced Administration Team as a Account Handler for a commercial insurance business.

You’ll be dealing direct with corporate clients, processing their requests for policy changes to their existing fleets, including driver referrals and everyday policy queries.

You’ll need to be very organised and self-motivated with a good telephone manner and a real grasp for detail.

Financial services experience is advantageous but not essential. Training will be offered to individuals who have ambition and desire to work hard, learn, grow, develop and be successful.

Skills Required:

- Previous Administration experience
- Previous customer service skills
- Organisation & Time management
- Excellent telephone manner
- Attention to detail
- Maintains thorough and accurate records
- Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to problem solve
