**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and organised **Volunteer Administrative & Social Club Coordinator** to support the day-to-day operations of our **Specialist Social Club for autistic children**. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for community support, inclusion, and improving the lives of neurodivergent children and their families. You will work closely with our team to assist with administrative duties, coordinate club activities, and support workshops and meetings.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the daily running of the Specialist Social Club, ensuring sessions are well-prepared and structured.
- Prepare and print data sheets, activity schedules, and other essential materials.
- Attend and help coordinate workshops, events, and team meetings.
- Work closely with autistic children and their families, offering practical support during sessions.
- Assist with maintaining accurate records of activities, attendance, and progress.
- Help ensure a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all participants.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working with children with additional needs, particularly autistic children.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions with mínimal supervision.
- Compassionate, patient, and proactive in supporting others.
- Willingness to attend occasional training or team development sessions.
