**Job Title**: ABA Tutor - SEN Social Club

**Location**:Ealing

**Hours**: 3 hours, Saturdays (term-time only)

**About Us**:
Stepping Stones Together is a social club dedicated to supporting children with special educational needs (SEN), including autism spectrum disorder (ASD), language impairments, and learning disabilities. We provide a safe, inclusive environment where children can develop vital social, emotional, and life skills through structured activities.

**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a passionate ABA (Applied Behaviour Analysis) Tutor to join our team. You will support children in developing social interaction skills, managing behaviours, and fostering positive peer relationships during our weekly club sessions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver ABA-based interventions tailored to individual needs.
- Facilitate group activities to promote social and communication skills.
- Observe, monitor, and record progress for each child.
- Collaborate with other team members and volunteers.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children.

**Requirements**:

- Experience working with SEN children, particularly those with ASD.
- Knowledge of ABA principles and strategies (training/certification preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting children.

**Pay**: Competitive, based on experience.
