We are seeking a talented individual to join our **Media **team at Marsh. This role will be based in** Birmingham or London**. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least one day a week in the office.

The **Client Support Administrator** will work within a highly skilled team that specialises in managing a portfolio of accounts within the media, entertainment, broadcast, production, advertising and live music sectors.

We are seeking someone who can combine good administrative, communication and numerical skills with an interest in insurance in order to service our Media and Entertainment clients.

**We will rely on you to**:

- Support clients and internal client advisors in all aspects of account management and service delivery, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards
- Works on building long term relationships with key client decision makers and stays abreast of key changes within the client’s organisation
- Actively supports the team in ensuring service is of the highest standard and completed in a timely effective and efficient manner
- Where necessary, contact clients in relation to renewal payments
- Maintains meaningful working relationships with clients through regular contact and liaison to better serve clients

**What you need to have**:

- Ability to remain calm under pressure and be able to work flexibly when required
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously
- Fully Competent in Microsoft Office Products (particularly excel)
- Strong literacy, numeracy, administration and organisational skills
- Good written and oral communication skills

**What makes you stand out**:

- Prior administration / financial services experience, however this is not essential
- Having a genuine interest in Media / Media industry
- A good understanding of the general principles surrounding Insurance
- Strong with numbers and able to communicate effectively
