Job Title: Helpdesk Manager
**Salary**: Up to £36,500 pa
Location: St Albans
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week
COMPANY PROFILE
Our well-established client who are in the construction industry and looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Helpdesk Manager to join their dynamic and growing team in St Albans.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Proven experience in a similar role
- FM helpdesk experience is essential
- Experience managing a team
- Ability to prioritise workload
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the day to day running of the helpdesk and ensure that it runs efficiently.
- Run reports to monitor whether helpdesk operators are reaching KPI's.
- Monitor the inbox daily to ensure planning is done efficiently by each operator.
- First point of contact for any queries the helpdesk might have.
- Attend client meetings.
- Check status of job progress and update database.
- Generate quotes.
- Liaise with subcontractors and chase them for paperwork.
- Arrange cover on helpdesk during staff absences.
- Monitor annual leave request from the team and carry out appraisals.
