Are you a Finance professional used to working within risk/regulatory frameworks?

Are you confident, pro-active and able to multi-task?

Our client, a market leading Professional Services organisation, are currently looking to recruit an Operations Officer on an 18 month Fixed Term Contract.

Some of the key job responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the Senior Operational Management Team.
- Assisting the Complaints Administrator
- Collating and monitoring of operational KPI’s & SLA’s.
- Administration of outsourcing
- Preparation of monthly bank charges accruals, reconciling invoices before payment and raising anomalies.
- Project support, including UAT testing.

Core office hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. After an initial office based training period our client offer hybrid working with 2/3 day split between home and office working. with newly refurbished offices and free on site parking. They also offer a generouspension and 24 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
