**As a Packaging Artwork Coordinator, you'll**:

- Coordinate the artwork process from initiation to print, liaising with, design, and print suppliers to ensure all packaging meets regulatory, branding, and printability requirements.
- Act as the primary contact for layout, design, and artwork production queries, reviewing and approving artwork for production.
- Provide clear project updates, define timelines, and ensure changes are actioned within agreed KPIs.
- Identify design or printing issues, propose solutions, and follow up until they are resolved.
- Support internal teams by delivering high-quality packaging artwork for product launches and updates.
- Assist in implementing continuous improvement initiatives within the Artwork and Design department.

**What skills and experience do I need for this role?**
- Proven organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in repetitive tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills, investigating and resolving issues efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in IT systems, with the ability to adapt to new software and platforms quickly.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in supply chain, sports nutrition, or wellness industries is advantageous.
- Familiarity with design, printing, or packaging management processes and proofreading documents is beneficial.
