Branch Sales Coordinator

Are you seeking a customer focused sales assistant role where no 2 days are the same? We are Travis Perkins, the UK’s largest builders merchant and this may be the perfect opportunity for you.

**Where will you be working?**

You will be working alongside some great individuals at our branch on Wyre Road in Pershore. We are team of 5, we run 1 delivery vehicle. Our working hours will be Monday to Friday 7.30am - 4.30pm and no weekends.

You don’t need an in-depth knowledge of builders merchants to join the team, as there will be plenty of coaching and training to get you up to speed, we’ll give you the confidence to deliver the exceptional service we expect.

**What will you be doing?**

Our success is built on strong relationships with our customers so it’s essential that you can help deliver the highest standards of service - the key thing is to be helpful and friendly, you will likely get to know our customers on a first name basis. You will handle requests, provide information on our products, prepare quotes and help each customer with their purchase, taking our sales from good to great. You will learn how to negotiate with our suppliers and customers and you will also be responsible for ensuring the safe and correct movement of our products around the branch. Safety is at the forefront of everything we do, your aim will be to ensure that our standards never slip, by adhering to all stay safe policies and procedures.
