We have pool cars available for use when in the community, mileage and travel time are paid.

**Duties**:

- Assist individuals with daily activities and personal care tasks
- Provide emotional support and companionship
- Administer medication as prescribed
- Prepare meals according to dietary requirements
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for service users
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and other support workers

**Skills**:

- Experience in care and working with individuals with disabilities
- Ability to administer medication following protocols
- Knowledge of home care procedures and practices
- Strong communication skills and empathy towards service users
- Willingness to work as part of a multidisciplinary team

Pay: £11.60-£12.70 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
